Folic Acid
  Folic acid is also called Vitamin B9, which is higher in vegetables. It can promote the bone marrow to generate red blood cells. Many patients of rheumatoid arthritis adopt Methotrexate, but Methotrexate can suppress the intracellular dihydrofolate reductase. So folic acid can reduce the side-effects of Methotrexate to some extent.
Selenium, Se
  Selenium is the essential micro-element. It can reduce free radial and has the function of antioxidation. The Selenium in RA patient’s blood will decline, so patients need the supplement of Selenium to reduce the tissue damage caused by free radical.
Calcium and Vitamin
  RA patients need to take hormone medicines sometime, while, hormone will lead to the loss of calcium and osteoporosis. So patients of RA need to supply calcium, vitamin D and take more bask under the direction of doctor.
